In 2022 the brand expressed a need to have the video look and feel developed and documented, not only to ensure a consistent output from the many agency partners producing content for them, but also to establish defensible visual territory that was a comfortable distance from the video execution of it’s sister brand Cooke & Lewis

the result

A 67 page guidelines document that prescribed everything from camera movements to colour grading, whilst allowing sufficient creative breathing room to let the brand express itself across its many different product classes

Increase in brand awareness of 35% in 2023, with rock solid consistency across all video outputs, and in all languages; whether produced in the UK, France, Poland or the UAE.
